This is an adorable bakery and cafe that has incredible lattes! They offer oat, almond, soy and pistachio (!!) milk, and the lattes are perfectly balanced between sweet and flavorful. My partner really enjoyed the pastries as well.
Hudson Roastery was BUSY today, but that is no surprise. You know it’s a great roasters when you can watch them roast on a Sunday morning. We ordered a couple of Caramel Apple Butter lattes and they were fantastic. Really nailed the Apple Butter flavor, but did not take away from their coffee. For food, we had the Pullman Egg Sandwiches, would highly recommend (the lemon zest was a pleasant surprise). There is plenty of comfy seating and the inside is fantastic. Will be back!
This is my favorite coffee shop in Hudson! Everyone is friendly, they learn your name, they have the best food and the best drinks. And they always have flowers on the tables. Dog friendly! My fav thing is the pistachio latte.
I absolutely love this place. The atmosphere is just right, people, dogs and who knows what else come in. The coffee is always hot and tasty. The food, unique and tasty. Healthy portions and clearly using premium products as the flavors say it all. Don’t put this visit off, get there and enjoy every minute of it.
The food is excellent. The service is excellent. The atmosphere is excellent. Are you already headed there as you’re reading this? Then great! Had the strudel and the quiche. Both amazing. The toasted coconut coffee is really really good. A beyond incredible experience. The line may be long but it seems to always move fast. Only positives about this place from me!
The cashier has the warmest, most welcoming smile 😊 Such a lovely café—great cortado, a delicious blueberry muffin, and a perfectly made corned beef Reuben on rye. Definitely a spot worth coming back to!
Love the vibes in this store, the staff was very friendly and kind. I had an ice latte in light ice with regular milk. It was so good and I love how they took care of my order and provided a tire light ice latte just as I requested. This is definitely one of the best latte I’ve ever had and I will rerun one day to try others from their menu.
I never thought I'd be able to go out early in the morning and get a good breakfast while on the road. Thankfully, I was proven wrong. Their baked pastries are freshly made, their drinks are brewed to perfection, and it was a store I never thought I needed, but I gladly accepted. I wanna go back so bad! :(
This is a great cafe and breakfast spot if you’re visiting Hudson. I really recommend their matcha latte and their egg sandwich with ham and cheese on sourdough bread. I also tried some of their pastry breads on display and I liked their spinach one. There are plenty of tables and seats if you want to dine-in.
Great little cafe. Nice and lively with customers and staff. Good coffee. Had a breakfast sandwich with ham and avocado and it was ok - but not great. Had almost no flavour. Needed salt and pepper or something. They could add a standard BLT with egg and good ham to the menu. I think that’s what might drive more sales for them. I’ll be back for sure.
